I am having a very difficult time getting my lab tests sent to quest labs for testing. I was assured they were sent, made an appointment with quest at 6 am fasting and then they told me the lab tests were not sent. I am still waiting to have them sent.
I have been a patient of Dr J White since 1988. I have always received A-1quality health care with diagnosis, treatments, referrals and prescriptions. Yes, I have had experiences with impatient, unfriendly women at the front desk, it in no way reflects Dr White’s care and I always have complete trust. I have not had a bad experience with the front desk in a long time. They are organized, efficient and helpful.
