I cannot express in words how great of an experience I had. I recently switched insurance providers and was referred to Dr. Buchalski. My first visit was for a crown repair and it was a very pleasant experience. The staff, hygienist and Dr, we’re all very professional, kind and accommodating. It is the first time in years, I actually felt cared for and confident that I was in good hands. I highly recommend and happy to be a patient here.
I paid $5,500 up front for a failed dental implant in a shabby, run-down office that had to be removed the following year. After my terrible experience, I went to a different service provider to have additional dental implants. The other dentist explained to me that Dr. Buchalski's implant was infected and had to be removed. Additionally, the implant was too short, and I should have had a sinus lift and bone graft before implant placement. I requested a refund from Dr. Buchalski and he refused. I went in for an emergency appointment because I lost my temporary crown. The office was so nice and kind, they were able to accommodate me without a prior appointment. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr Buchalski. He was patient, quick and explained everything he was doing to me. I wish I lived in jersey city to have Dr B as my dentist.
I’ve been going to Dr. B for probably 15 years. I actually enjoy going to the dentist! I moved 7 miles away, and he’s one of the only doctors I actually kept. He’s very friendly, usually humming a tune and we always talk about the tools that he uses because similar ones are used in the jewelry industry!
