I honestly don't know how this man is in business. He was the most rude, arrogant dentist I've ever had. He constantly interrupted us, was not interested in what we had to say. My husband asked him a question and he would not answer him. We will not go back to him or refer him. His nurse barely spoke and like she was mad.

I didn’t have a real issue with the service that I received from Dr. Suffridge or his staff. My review is about a bill! I paid for my service, up front and I assumed my service was taken care of by insurance for the rest. Apparently I was “texted” during the holidays twice that I needed to send them $14.38 for a balance due. Assuming this was a scam I thought nothing of it, I had given them hundreds of dollars upfront. Horrible!! Called my dentist immediately saying that I would never go back there and needed another referral to someone else ASAP! Would never let him work on my teeth! The one thing I do regret is calling him a jerk to his face right before I left.
