I didn’t have a real issue with the service that I received from Dr. Suffridge or his staff. My review is about a bill! I paid for my service, up front and I assumed my service was taken care of by insurance for the rest. Apparently I was “texted” during the holidays twice that I needed to send them $14.38 for a balance due. Assuming this was a scam I thought nothing of it, I had given them hundreds of dollars upfront. Horrible!! Called my dentist immediately saying that I would never go back there and needed another referral to someone else ASAP! Would never let him work on my teeth! The one thing I do regret is calling him a jerk to his face right before I left.
I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I've been in the medical field for 30 years and I WOULD NEVER speak to a patient the way they spoke to me. Then to say Dr Suffridge is here listening, which means he heard her speak to me like that. Wow. Is all I can say. Wow. Will never go back.
This was honestly worse than I could have ever imagined. I have never encountered somebody in a medical profession with such horrifying bed side manner. This man tried to get information about if I had trauma to my mouth in which I said multiple times that I had none that I could recall but he said I clearly had something happen.
