I have a small meniscus tear, an injury common to athletes of many sports and to the population in general alike. I got mine falling while running. Chose a PT with a couple of decades of experience and an extra credential by his name. First appt was fine, but subsequently when I asked questions he would shrug and say "I'm not a runner." Went in for traditional Physical therapy they put me on a medx one that is advanced causing my back injury to get worse. The main therapist would not listen to how bad my back was. They decided to do what they wanted. Now my back is worse can barely move at times.
