I have had a bad experience with this clinic. Rarely do my calls get answered and they never returned my calls. The doctor has a bad bedside manner. I felt as if I was bothering their time. I will never go again. They have never paid me my refund after numerous calls for what my insurance paid, and at this point I don't want it back.
I'm writing a review on his staff. I have been unable to see doctor because of staff. They don't make an appointment even with a referral until your paperwork is filled out. I've been by the office twice to pick up paperwork and they were closed. I have called more than 6 times asking it to be mailed. I was told twice that it was mailed out.
