Dr. Labault is very respectful with his patients and very serious and passionate for his profession. I have been his patient for more than 3 years now, he always takes time to hear for my concerns and demonstrates that he cares. Dr. Labault has excellent bedside manners and the office staff is very courteous and diligent also. I definitely would recommend him!
Worst doctor I have ever dealt with. Was snotty with me saying I was late when I was 20 minutes early and in the bathroom. Proceeded to tell me the MRI I had would take "days" to get, sent me off on an EEG, never followed up, never took time to get my films from previous MRIs. I had to get them myself, which I did, with a copy to me received 2 weeks ago and he still has not followed up. He was horrible.
I too am surprised by some of these reviews. I have had very positive experiences with Dr. Labault. He has been very helpful in treating my migraine headaches and neuropathy. I have never felt rushed during a visit and he seems to care about my well-being. He has always been very pleasant.
He has the worst bed side manner I have ever experienced
My experience with Dr. Lebault was very different from many of the other reviews here. I found him to be very patient, compassionate, and informative. I had some trepidation after reading the reviews here, but my experience was a very pleasant surprise
Arrogant and obnoxious. Tried very hard to show off to medical students while he was rude and condescending tome at a recent "visit" to JFK.
This doctor has no interest in helping anyone, staff is incompetent, nurse is impossible to get a hold of. I would never spend another dime with this doctor or this office. Took the doctor/nurse 4 weeks to send the MRI script properly, and he had not even looked at the results before my follow up appointment. This doctor is a joke.
