My visit was an excellent one. Dr. Labault and his staff of professionals greeted me in a cordial and professional manner. Dr. Labault is very knowledgeable of MG and his treatment medications have eliminated the symptoms associated with my auto immune disorder. In addition, he contacted my surgeon and outlined a process needed to insure that my abdominal hernia could be safely operated upon. Both he and his nurse, Alice Burgess are among the best providers of medical care.
Very cordial, good listener and relays conclusions/rationale effectively.
I found Dr Jose Labault-Santiago to be extremely professional. His treatment for my headaches have certainly worked so far. Highly recommended.
Excellent . Was kind and caring with new patient and wife while gathering history to determine source and treatment for memory and mobility problems of patient. He didn’t rush but listened carefully which is a quality which seems to be missing in many doctors these days.
He listen intently when you have question and concerns. He answers all questions so you feel well informed. I highly recommend him!
Dr. Labaut is very kind and gentle with me. I have a very confusing medical history. He makes me believe he is trying to sort it out and break things down to help me understand what is going on. He respects me and doesn’t talk to me like a 5 year old. I may have neurological problems but I’m still inside my head and understand everything. The Staff is very kind and also try to accommodate you with your appointments and questions. 5 stars from me!
He listened to my concerns, did some diagnostic testing and ordered more so we can be sure of what my diagnosis might be.
The doctor himself is very helpful, and the staff are very pleasant. There is an overall air of competence.
My first visit with Dr Labault was during the pandemic, so it was on face time. Though I did not meet him personally he seemed genuine and caring
