Perfect balance of compassion and professionalism. Public parking is located next door. We are always seen within five minutes of appointed time. The receptionist (Annette) is lovely. She has gone out of her way to have an Rx filled when the mail order pharmacy had made an error and left us with no medication. Even though the doctor was on vacation, Annette did not give up until she secured a refill from the local pharmacy. The staff is fantastic and the doctor is very good. He treats you like family. However, he will drop you in a dime if you miss appointment and will stop refilling you meds knowing very well that you are now dependent on them. I find this to be unethical. I am currently going through withdrawal symptoms because he declined my med refill. I know they will say that I had missed two appointments but I am a single mom and my child was sick (first time) and then the doctor was on vacation so I could not get a closer appointment, w... read more
