Very knowledgeable, doesn't talk down to me, asks for my input
He was very clear in explaining things to me as well as even given me samples to try before sending over a prescription an me having to pay a copay not knowing if the meds would work. I thought that was great an caring of him to do that.
Dr Casanova is a great doctor who cares about his patients. He is very knowledgeable about his work. I trust him entirely.
