He's understanding of my situation
Very pleased with Dr Casanova's knowledge of my condition relative to my appointment, and past testing completed for same. His understanding and concern regarding my input for reason being seen provided me with great respect and confidence in him.
Well educated and a good listener and he took time to explain his answers
Great two way communication, provided clear instructions for care.
Office is always, without fail LATE. I arrive 15 minutes early as asked, wait to be called back for 10 minutes, wait in the room for 25 minutes past my appointment time, just to see the doctor for 5. If another doctor did injections I would leave. Bad office management. So annoying, no respect for people’s time. I’m not a patient that’s sits around all day, I have other stuff to do. One appointment shouldn’t take 45 minutes out of my day while I’m just sitting and waiting. Do better.
