I went for a teeth cleaning on October 11 and during the cleaning the hygienist told me I had a "small pimple" on my gum. Dr. Alvarez was called in and after an X-ray was done, he told me that I needed a re-treatment of a root canal because the tooth was infected. Been going for 6 years, now suddenly I'm finding another dentist. The staff has become very rude, billing issues, and have lost my trust in them.

This dentist is great! My kids really like him. His staff is friendly and you will not wait long. Our entire family goes at one time, and we are out within an hour or so. I highly recommend this Dr. Alvarez.

No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
