What stand in your visit
This is the worst place to go. Straight up told me I don't talk to clients I only give you medication. I asked for the details of the medication and he didn't have an answer. He then pulled out a book to show me what the medication does. He told me he couldn't clear me because if I got the procedure I wanted to get I would feel better and have more energy and he didn't think I could handle it. He knows nothing about my history. 4 hour wait for a 10 min consultation which could have been resolved over the phone. Office staff refused to cooperate when explaining the situation. The issue was caused due to a clerical error. Requested Telehealth to avoid the lobby wait and had initially been confirmed. The next morning I was called and told I needed to report in person if I wanted my refill. I sacrificed 4-hours of my workday for a clerical issue. Unacceptable. Avoid this office if possible.
I have been a patient for 3 years and have NEVER met or been seen by the Doctor. My prescriptions are never sent on time and there is always a problem contacting their office. No one answers the phone. The answering service is instructed by the doctor to send any one to the nearest ER if you are out of medication due to their negligence in calling your prescriptions in to the pharmacy. This is single handedly the worst psychiatrist office in all of Texas. They care nothing for their hundreds of patients, and refuse to take any accountability. If you value your mental health, do not put yourself through the nightmare this place is. For shame.
Good doctor who was the first to pinpoint my diagnosis
I've been trying to set up an appointment to get my meds for almost a year but no one ever answers the phone and the mail box is always full will be reporting yall again to the state of texas
Sat for 2 hrs past appointment time, had to leave because, well, it's a Thursday and most people can't sit in a disgusting waiting room during a worldwide pandemic all afternoon. Staff was rude, unclean, unprofessional, I don't know what else to say. The only thing that they did quickly was refund my copay before I left. YIKES, definitely a medicaid scam. I feel for all of the people I saw in the waiting room that were elderly/severely disabled, you can sense that this place is about squeezing every last dime out of medicaid... read more
