Why have an appointment time for 11:30 am and then told by the front desk it’s a 2 to 3 hour wait! This is unacceptable practices. Guess it’s about quantity of patients vs actually care.
Pesimo servicio. Tardan casi 4 horas para atenderte. Por que fregados dan cita a una hora si te van a atender 3 o 4 horas después??? Que poco profesionalismo!!

it sucks here this Dr. makes u wait over 3 hours!And my appt was @ 10am. but she (Rosie) leaves @ 1:30 for lunch
dr Igoa's staff is very unprofessional and rude They show no empathy A medical records clerk called Matias was telling me not to take a certain medication instead of allowing me to speak with a professional about it He thought he was the doctor or nurse and very rudely told me that if i was not going to listen to him he was going to hang up on me He made an appt and i was trying to tell him that my husband was ill and could not get up at that time and he said he could not do a walkin and when i said okay then 10 45 He turns ... read more
Office definitely has time management issues. Not sure but looks like they are really overbooking appointments....on average takes 2-4 hours to get in and out. Would not recommend if you have a choice of clinics. SAD
The office staff is very rude! It takes hours & hours every time we have to come to this office. Office Staff says it's based on appointment time no matter what time you arrive however they don't stick to their own appointments! 2-4 hours past your appointment time is ridiculous!
