Front desk staff we’ve been calling to follow up the RX meds it’s been a week tomorrow front office seems like doesn’t care they always says they will page the doctor no actions .Front office help desk no help unprofessional very incompetent.
Do not come here!!! The Doctor is great his staff are worthless. My daughter is a new patient and they cant get anything right. If you need a referral forget it the lady that is in charge doesn't know what she is doing I have never had to deal with anything like this. She sent my daughter to a obgyn who only services pregnant patients. She's not pregnant!!!! This isn't the first mistake either. He needs new staff.
Front dest is terrible. Never pick up the phones . I rarely get book the appointments. All the girls work in the front do not like to pick up the phone . I am tried to call them . Every time I need to drive to there to make appointment by person.
Dr De La Llana has been my doctor for many years. He is a very knowledgeable and educated physician. I recommend this doctor.
