Front dest is terrible. Never pick up the phones . I rarely get book the appointments. All the girls work in the front do not like to pick up the phone . I am tried to call them . Every time I need to drive to there to make appointment by person.

This is completely incompetent. The front office desk is very rude and never wants to do their job. Trying to get ahold of the coordinator for your referrals is virtually impossible as they can never even tell you when she will be in the office. When she gets back to you she does nothing but lie or she is 2 months behind on what you need. They are quite Unapologetic as to everything that goes on their office and it is very backward.
