What a horrible experience I had today trying to book my appointment! Extreme professional hang up on me would not cooperate and then purposely would not pick up a phone afterwards seeing I’m calling back. What a shame should not be working in such a professional environment. Whoever was taking calls to make an appointment and working from the desk today May 29th must be fired!
