Well seasoned, common sence medical advice you do not get with a lot of others. ONE STOP FOR BLOODWORK, uti test with immediate results, annual wellness checkup including checking arteries with imaging. Etc
It took nearly five minutes just to explain what a CDL medical card is, even though this is something they are supposed to handle regularly. When I mentioned a DOT physical, the staff member seemed hesitant to transfer me to Jorge L. Macia, instead passing me off to his assistant. The assistant was unhelpful and arrogant. Dr Macia is a very professional Dr, calm, informative, caring, compassionate with his patients. He takes his time, explains everything easily for patients to understand and he made me feel confident with his care. Then my son became his patient too. We’re both happy to have you as our PCP. I went to Dr Macia for 20 years until had to move. He is without a doubt, the best Dr I have ever had and the staff is excellent.

Had an appointment with Dr. Macia today. I was a new patient. The staff was wonderful. Very thorough. Did not have to wait that long. Dr. Macia is very sharp and caring. Bottom line, they have a great team there.
Rude, discourteous, heartless, and maddeningly unhelpful staff. Requires patients to come in regardless status of health or issue. Will not provide video televisits, will not use email. Regularly refers his patients to other doctors without seeing or diagnosing them.
I've been going to this Dr for more than 10 years. He's willing to listen, discuss, and has helped me more with my debilitating migraines than previous doctors. I never wait long when I've made an appointment (you WILL wait if you show up unannounced, of course).
I have been going to Dr Macia for a long time. Never had a problem with him. He treats what he can treat and sends you to a specialist when necessary. I believe he really cares about my wife and myself. I also find his nurses professional and helpful.
