Recommended, recommended, recommended! I cannot say enough good things about Dr Isaza and his entire staff. From the first time I saw him and we discussed the status of my spine/vertebrae, he always spoke of putting off surgery until it was absolutely necessary. I have seen him multiple times and I just feel like he he didn't care what I or anyone had to say. He had his mind set. After working with the physical therapist that he recommended, he did not trust what he had to say. He sent me to take all kinds of test which all came back negative. I had the distinct pleasure of an appointment with Dr. Isaza upon a recommendation from my orthopedic doctor of many years. Everyone from the receptionist, assistants and Dr. Isaza himself were polite, courteous and thoroughly professional. This was an unexpected necessity due to a acute and painful condition that developed suddenly. The best spine surgeon in Louisiana. He operated on me and also on my husband. We had a herniated disc and he did a minimally invasive disc surgery that got us both back to work in days. His staff is extremely professional and attentive. You don’t have to wait weeks for an appointment because they fit you in quickly when you need to be seen. They are an amazing team starting from the doctor on down! Recommend him 300%!!!!
I thank God for Dr. Isaza. He performed my SI joint fusion surgery. It's been 7 days, and other than the typical pain from surgery, my SI joints do not hurt!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Isaza for years and was recommended by Dr. Bryan Giffith. Dr. Griffith said if he had to have someone cut on his back it would most definitely be Dr. Isasa. I saw him and was very happy he did not try to rush me into surgery but tried other alternatives first. Even after that he did not rush me into agreeing to surgery he said it was my decision. I have never looked back. It was wonderful to be pain free!
