Doctor just up and quit. Now I can’t get my medical records. Terrible experience.
Yesterday, Dr Gonzalez left my husband a message that he was closing and the appointment for my MIL would need to be canceled and referred us back to her PCP to be referred to another neurologist. We live 2 1/2 hours from her and we’re planning to drive down to take her 1 1/2 hours to the Tulsa office. She made this appointment 2 months ago. absolutely love Dr Gonzalez...he takes the time to really listen to my issues & helps me with the healing process...his staff has been a great, as well & is always friendly & helpful whenever i've needed it!
Waited a month to see him. Don't waste your time like I wasted mine. Met with him to review MRI results. Came in and first thing asked was if I have headaches, then went on about that for 10 minutes before he got up to leave. I stopped him and asked if we were going to talk about my reason for being there and he acted dumbfounded. Sat back down and asked one more question then went on completely irrelevant rant about some other medicine. Never reviewed my scans and when asked said he didnt have a way to look at them.
