Great sincere doctor who listens to your concerns. He explains concerns ,results and treatments in terms that are understandable to the lay person.
I have nothing bad to say about Dr.Goodman. My husband has been a patient of his years ago and he liked him. The problem is the receptionist. I had problems with them previously, but it's been 3 years since my husband needed to see a doctor so it slipped my mind , until I tried to call to make an appointment today. The girl I spoke with 15 minutes ago has NO people skills!! So extremely frustrating! Off to find a good doctor with a much nicer receptionist ??
My family and I had used Dr Goodman for our family doctor for the past 8 years. They have hired on a new staff and since then that place has went down hill. You will wait at least 2 hours to be seen. The staff who handles appointments are all VERY RUDE! They will not go out of their way to help anyone! If you need a specialist they will tell you to find your own. They aren't paid enough to find you a doctor! Dr. Goodman would rather lose my family than admit there is a problem with staff!

As an RN myself, I expect excellence in a physician. Dr. Goodman and his staff pair compassion and expertise. I have recommended him many times.
Very non-committal, more C.Y.A. mode now. Tells you he has no idea what is wrong with you, and insists that you go to ER for diagnosis. Several thousand dollars in bills later, just to receive a prescription for antibiotic for a common virus that he could have written in his office. Not the first time this scenario has happened. Same thing last year with my spouse.
