I had an excellent experience with Dr. Jordan Brooks and his wife Jennifer, along with the entire team at their office. I have keratoconus and was referred to Dr. Brooks for scleral lenses. I found him and his staff to be delightful and so caring. Everyone seems to care so much! Easily the best medical office I’ve dealt with in my life!
Ok, so this review is long overdue. I have to say that Dr. Brooks and his staff are the nicest and most professional in SWFL. I have keratoconus and have been to many doctors who would provide subpar service and results to treat my condition. After many trials and errors with many doctors, which had me thinking I would never see clearly again, I was referred to Dr. Brooks by Dr. Kai-Lewis (who is also great) and it was a game changer. I went to Dr Brooks to get a second opinion and felt very comfortable and confident with his recommendations. Definitely my new Doc. Office staff is also great to deal with.
Everyone there is so nice and eager to help yo and makes you feel comfortable. . I have keratoconus and needed scleral lenses. When I first went to Dr Brooks I could not see for months and was afraid I would never be able to see again. . After a few visits and my lenses I am able to see great!!
