I scheduled my appointment several months in advance for sudden & severe onset asthma. They called me the night before to reschedule because suddenly, the doctor is no longer available. My referral has since expired. Safe to say I will not be seeing this doctor.
Staff does not have a great understanding of customer care. No calls for follow ups, you get placed on hold and after 15 minutes they ask wat you're holding for when you have told them already. After Cat Scan so call for results. We had to call to ask after one month.
