Yes, they are known for being good at what they do Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature Was this provider late to your appointments? Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. Dr. Yoon is an exceptionally caring, warm, good-natured person. My husband and I feel fortunate to have him as an ENT caregiver.

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Somewhat, but they need a bigger selection

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, I felt informed when I left

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I was so relieved when they offered me a remedy for my condition.Before I knew it I was feeling better. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect.
