So far I do believe that Dr Joseph Hsin is a very knowledgeable, hardworking and caring doctor. My visit with him and his staff especially Elissa made my decision to move forward with my surgery easier. Dr. Hsin listens very carefully and then offers very constructive advice. I think I like a doctor like him.
