I have been a patient of Dr. Eucker for over 20 years and have always regarded him as an exceptional doctor. However, I am incredibly disappointed with his office staff's unprofessionalism and unethical behavior, ultimately leading me to seek care elsewhere. I would not recommend this office due to their ongoing billing issues and the outright disrespectful way they treat patients. My actual appointment went fine, but dealing with the office afterward has been a nightmare—yet again. This is now the second time in three years that they have incorrectly coded my lab work, causing my insurance to deny coverage.
