I have been a patient of Dr. Eucker for over 20 years and have always regarded him as an exceptional doctor. However, I am incredibly disappointed with his office staff's unprofessionalism and unethical behavior, ultimately leading me to seek care elsewhere. I would not recommend this office due to their ongoing billing issues and the outright disrespectful way they treat patients. My actual appointment went fine, but dealing with the office afterward has been a nightmare—yet again. This is now the second time in three years that they have incorrectly coded my lab work, causing my insurance to deny coverage. I tried to make an appointment as a new client, but I ended up not scheduling it because the receptionist was so rude. I spoke to two people during the call. The first one was nice, but the second person was extremely rude. Throughout the call, I was put on hold multiple times and had to repeat everything I said over and over again.
