Poor communication between resident and Dr. Smith in regards to my diagnosis. I was denied of my rights/ comfort as a patient and felt very violated and uncomfortable by the excuses the doctor tried to make in response to me being vocal about who is apart of my visits/comes in the room. I’ve never encountered this before. Lack of trauma informed care.
