Recommendeddr. serrins is very personable and goes over every detail about your exam. the staff is very friendly and were a big help for me at my last visit. was some confusion on my bill for my new glasses, but after they did some research found the confusion and explained it to me. the great thing was that they even worked with me on the price.
Dr. Serrins was awesome, he saw me even when I didn't have an appt and took great care of me!
My family and myself have been going to Dr. Serrins for many years. Very friendly staff and very professional. They take the time to explain what is happening during your exam and about your prescription. Very helpful in assisting you to choose the right pair of glasses. I highly recommend Dr Serrins office!!! 😎
Me gusto mucho la manera en que me atendieron lo único es que no tienen variedad en las armazones de lentes 👓 al menos no me costo un poco de trabajo decidirme por alguna armazón ya que no me convencían las que ahí tenían
The staff on all three of my visits have been kind, and helpful. My visits have been very pleasant and the waiting time very short. The doctors were very thorough and patient with my questions. The Hanford office I go to is a credit to the city. They treat people right.
