I have always had excellent care over the past 30 years.
Had an appointment scheduled under an urgent situation where I had some reaction to an injection site. I was told to send in pictures of the area of concern after which an appointment was scheduled for 9:50 am on 8/7/2023. I was not attended to until I asked the front desk for an ETA. 10 minutes later, I was called and taken to an exam room. The time was around 11 am then. My appointment was with Dr. Weiss/PA Paz. Must be a secret society.. For days option 2 on their phone line to make an appoint either hangs up on you or even after finally being able to leave a message nobody calls you back. Also requested an appointment on line- no response. And they have 4 locations but you are not able to make an appointment?
The front staff has terrible customer service, very unprofessional.
I've been a patient here for 10 years and have the utmost confidence in them.
