Dr. Edelsohn has a way of making you feel the problem is your fault. Nine times out of ten, he's right.
Strange experience. I attended appointments with my aging mother who had a merciless cough in the last months of her life. She suffered greatly. I placed a call to the office and left a message w his kind office asst requesting a refill and following up on no relief of symptoms, and awaited a call back. I never received a call from the doc. Instead of calling me back, (caretaker and proxy), doc called my mom. Reportedly, he told her he won’t talk to me because I “call and make demands”. I have complete trust in his ability to help you. He's very straightforward & gets you to where you need to be.
Him and his staff were extremely thorough and took the time to ask questions and explain everything thoroughly. Office was clean and a decent size, the staff was friendly and adaptable to my autistic needs.
I would not recommend Dr. Edelson and his group. I can't say he even looks at me, just at his laptop. I called 3 weeks ago about a sleep issue to be scheduled for a test, no one has called me back. I called about my general dr putting me on antibiotics, no one got in touch with me.
found him to be rude and arrogant. I don't think he is happy in his profession.
Dr Edelson is a bit uptight. I prefer a doctor with at least a little compassion. Some staff don’t seem to like their jobs.
I was a patient of Dr. Edelson when I lived in Lancaster, N.Y. He's a wonderful and careing dr. If he didn't subscribe the meds. ( Advair & Spiriva ) to help me, I probably wouldn't be alive today. I can BREATHE very well now. I just got an A+ from my doctor here in Florida.
Knowledgeable, direct, kind, accommodating with scheduling, competent, organized. Wonderful doctor - he really, really helped me. I feel lucky that he is helping me with my health problems.
