Dr. Rich is truly a one of a kind. He is knowledgeable, patient, compassionate, and genuinely shows care for his patients. He has a very gentle and humble way about him. I trust him. He is paying attention, and wants to provide the best medical advice and care that he can. Don’t change Dr. Rich- when I see you, I know you became a doctor to help people .
I had brain surgery in September 2023. Dr. Rich worked very closely with my neurosurgeon, Dr. Charles Park, during my recovery. Dr. Rich was so compassionate, respectful, and professional in my recovery. I was so impressed with his care that I transferred to him becoming my primary internal medicine doctor.
