Jonathan Fishman is the best physician with whom I’ve ever been. He is so smart, caring, and understanding, and takes the time to make sure he’s up to date on every issue of my disease of ulcerative colitis. He’s personable and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend him to anyone with ulcerative colitis, as he is so knowledgeable about the disease and treatment thereof.

Caring and communication were not on display when I consulted with Dr. Fishman. I had a serious GI issue and needed urgent help. He is overbooked and would not let another member of the practice step in. He spent maybe 5-10 minutes with me, not meeting my eyes or saying more than a couple of dozen words. I needed follow up care and could not get in for an appointment for months or talk to the doctor. His medical assistant told me the same, unhelpful advice every time I called.
