Very professional and smooth, compassionate treatment for colonoscopy
Knowledgeable, made me comfortable.
My procedure went smoothly and timely. Dr Fishman was professional and ready to answer any questions.For my procedure I would give Dr Fishman a high rating.
Dr Fishman is very clear, kind and professional. Medically i totally trust his medical expertise. He is a gentle soul who is super easy to talk with.
In addition to being an excellent physician, he cares for his patients, takes time to explain the procedures He is what all Drs should be

Caring and communication were not on display when I consulted with Dr. Fishman. I had a serious GI issue and needed urgent help. He is overbooked and would not let another member of the practice step in. He spent maybe 5-10 minutes with me, not meeting my eyes or saying more than a couple of dozen words. I needed follow up care and could not get in for an appointment for months or talk to the doctor. His medical assistant told me the same, unhelpful advice every time I called. Outstanding! I had no problems scheduling an appointment, found the office staff friendly and helpful. Over the years I've had several appointments with him and he's always shown an interest in my problems and offered effective solutions and treatments. Most recently, he's had to scope my upper and lower GI system and offered thorough analysis and effective follow-up. If things go well you will never need him, but if you have a problem - he's your man. I cannot believe his reviews are not higher.
There office is understaffed. Dr Fishman might be great but he doesn't have the time to talk to you or answer any questions. In addition as any correspondence that goes through the office (schedule appointment, questions about medication) takes 4 days to be answered. When the office is staffed properly things might be different but right now I can't recommend them.
