Different pain relief modalities by Dr Finkelstein afforded me temporary relief from pain. Hopefully, as I receive more treatments, my pain will decrease and the duration will increase. Attempting to contact Dr Finkelstein and or office personnel is difficult. You are hung up on or disconnected frequently. Very frustrating.
So far so good. He listened and understood my pain. Recommended injection and then reevaluate. Came in to see me before his Medial Assistant so I did not have to wait. He had reviewed my MRI beforehand so he was prepared . Staff was polite too.

I had a great experience with Dr Finkelstein and his staff today. I’ve been in a lot of pain For a while and honestly have felt slighted by the doctors that I had previously gone to because I rate my pain honestly. Since I am not actually on fire I don’t rate my pain a 10/10 and really felt like no one was listening before I saw this doctor today. Terrible staff never return calls and when you finally reach them they say it’s not important and refer you to another number which they never answer

This Person was so unprofessional , God like complex , would rather fix laptops than people. He didnt look up out of his laptop except for the last 5 minutes of a 15 minute appointment that I was there on time for but waited 2 hours to get in to be seen. He belittled , and said I was lying about my pain. I hope he gets a job hes good at . Medical field might have been to keep his parents happy. In worse pain then when i started. Got spinal epidural in which he injected right into the nerves. ??
