I'd give zero stars. He broke off a fluouroscopic pin in my sons hip from slipped capital foramial epiphysis operation that wasn't retrievable. Offered no accountability. He blamed my son for having large ethnic bones at 13 years of age instead of his incompetence in not having a steady hand. An Arrogant man.
My experience with Dr. Scherl was that in an emergency he saved my leg and did a wonderful job. I am walking well again however I have issues that I would love for him to look at still with my leg and arm (dislocation) and he will no longer see me, speak to me, speak to my husband or have any interest in how I am doing now after a severe injury.
