I don’t usually write negative reviews, but patients deserve to know what to expect. I’m undergoing cancer treatment, and timely referrals are critical. Unfortunately, this office has been consistently unresponsive. Between my wife and me, we had three separate referral requests, and each time we had to go in person to get them processed. The staff is slow, unhelpful, and often unavailable—they even close the entire office for lunch and rarely answer the phone.
