Dr Glass is great his office staff not so much I called my insurance company to see if I could get my MRI of the brain in June they tell me no request was sent so I call the office to see if my referral was sent now this is two months later they said I did not call and tell where I was getting my scan done which I know I did because I asked them to mail my paper work just in case now I'm glad I called they were to call me and never did so today I ask to speak with office manager after being on hold 15 minutes told she's in m... read more
Dr. Glass has been my Dr. for number of years. I highly recommend him. I trust him, and he is good at putting completed medical terms into easy to understand language. His staff is also great.
Very pleasant, took time to explain condition and why what he offers is not appropriate for my problem. He then took the time to offer further referrals
