I am an existing patient. They will not answer their phones to schedule an appointment. They have no voice mail or portal. Unprofessional and unreliable.
Dr. Chancellor is a very caring, kind and compassionate Doctor. I am very lucky to have found him. He really listened to me with my troubles and I feel fortunate to have found him. I can't say enough good things about him. Thank you Dr. Chancellor
We were blessed to discover Dr. Chancellor a number of years ago when we needed a doctor for my aging mother (who had a mind of her own-smile-and wanted to chart her own course). Dr. Chancellor is straight forward, caring and not only allowed my mother to chart her own course, but also my husband and I. Worst Dr office I have ever dealt with. Some days they never answer the phone during business hours. They do not have a a way to leave a message nor do they have a web site or email to communicate through. I intensely hate dealing with this office and will be looking to replace him. Les Gilson
Dr. C is my Family Dr. & Pain Management. He is very good and knows he's doing. He's been my Dr for 9.5 yrs. I think he is the BEST Dr. I have ever had!!!
Really liked the Dr and NP Tracy is very caring and listens however the front office leaves a lot to be desired...they do not return calls in a timely manner my husband has waited nearly 3 weeks for a callback to schedule an appointment and I’m going on a week. ..have called repeatedly for updates “they will call back” which hasn’t happened yet!
No idea, have never met the Dr. Although, he is considered my PCP. The Nurse Prac. is awesome. She is very thorough and listens to you. Worst part about this office is the front office. Never answer phones during office hours and act like you're bothering them.
This office is unbelievable. There are not enough characters allowed here for me to explain the incompetence of this doctor’s office! Got me mixed up with another patient, sent me for tests and called wrong patient with my results. Took four days to get someone to talk with me! My husband and sister are in the health field and I can assure you this is not the way most offices are run!
I had my first appt with you a few weeks ago. I was there providing businesses an opportunity to advertise with the REV & THE BUCK radio stations in Kerrville. I saw a gentleman in the waiting area and an 45 minute conversation ensued. The gentleman's name shall remain anonymous however he highly recommended your services. After visiting with Mary I understood why he was eager to share his experience with others. Thanks Jerry Vincent
