Service animal owners are also supposed to carry proper ID which identifies their dog as a service animal and for whom that designation is intended. For example: the lady who brings the standard poodle to the chemotherapy room at the oncology clinic and the nursing home only takes her dog to those designated places as the dog is a therapy dog with a specific mission.
