Came to my home for literally 3 minutes and told me that my washer was beyond repair and gave me a bill for $90! That's $30 per minute. No suggestions offered and didn't bother to check the warranty. Just told me it would cost me more to repair than it was worth. Does that warrant a $90 charge? Way to stick it to the customer! Shameful!

Denying a person with a service dog is one of the worst things you could do to a customer! How dare you deny access to a legitimate team! Reading up on the ADA laws would certainly benefit you and your business! There are invisible disabilities and you are acting against federal law by denying access to teams because of an allergy. Allergies are not (by that federal law) a reason to deny anyone with a service dog access. Look it up.
Been using Dr. Johnny's for over 10 years for sales AND service, and won't even consider going anywhere else. For those of you reading reviews, put your trust in the ones written by long time customers...not one timers. There is a reason that we ALL keep coming back... ;-)
