“Dr. Fong” (if he exists), doesn’t see patients. His staff will tell you that he is “out of the office”, “ on vacation”, or “at the other location”. It wasn’t untilI pushed the issue with his office staff when finally one of them told me that he doesn’t see patients, and hasn’t for a few years. His Fresno office staff is HORRIBLE, and the office is plain disgustingly dirty!
