AVOID AVOID AVOID My nephew was seen by these folks for years under his mothers custody. His mother died recently from cancer and my nephew had a LAST cleaning visit before he leaves the area to go to college. Because of the death of his mother his insurance had changed to his father. The office neglects to tell the boy until AFTER the cleaning that their charges would largely NOT be covered and sends him a horrific bill (including X-Rays). I love this dentist office. They are great with my children. Bless them I had a son that was terrified of the dentist, but they managed to get him back there and do what they needed to do. He is now 9 and loves the dentist. My 6 year old loves going also :) I have nothing but nice things to say about Dr. Spratling and staff.
