Dr. Mercer has been my primary care doctor for 10+ years. I don't think you could find a better doctor anywhere.

I love Dr Mercer- I have been going to him since he moved to Wylie. However I might be soon trying to find a new DR. The front office staff is rude and now I cant even speak with a human to make a appointment. You have to leave a message and then they will call you back. Well they haven't called me back yet. What happened to the personal touch from a DR office. They are supposed to be there to help you not be rude and not answer their phone.
Dr. Mercer is amazing. But the front desk staff are SO RUDE! They refused to transfer my call to him or even give him a message that I called to talk to him. Dr. Mercer had just ordered some blood work for me and I wanted to discuss the results. This isn't the first occasion I've had problems with (I think here name is Jennifer). The things she says is just rude to the customer. You can find examples of others saying the same things. The only reason I'm leaving this office is because of her.
