I am very pleased with the excellent service and attention I have received. The team is professional, compassionate, and takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly. I truly appreciate the support and care provided by Dr. East and the staff. Highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking quality pain management care.
Great experience! Started from the time I got there. The offices are very nice and the staff is great. I did not have to wait more then 5 minutes to get called back. Dr. East was very attentive and explained my shoulder problem in detail. We are going to try cortisone shots first before we look at alternative treatments.
My experiences with Dr. East and his team have always been great. I feel like he takes time to hear about the pain I'm experiencing, diagnose the root cause, and take steps to address the underlying issue so that the pain causes minimal disruption to my life.
I've been seeing Dr East for about a year. I've had continuous knee issues and he's listened to my concerns from the get go and has helped with shots for my knees. Everyone's bedside manner has been kind and helpful. I've really appreciated everyone there.
Friendly, caring and professional. I felt very comfortable as we discussed options. I came all the way from Amarillo and I appreciate that the post op follow up visits can be via video conferencing. I am looking forward to the future and non pharmaceutical solutions to my neck pain.
