Upon obtaining a new insurance company for 2026, they sent a referral to Dr. John Duncan, Cardiologist. I schduled an appointment. Four days before the appointment date, I had some emergency unexpected expenses come up which depleted my funds to pay a $15 copayment, for that appointment. I tried for 2 days (the other two days of the 4 were weekend days), to reach them to try to reschedule. Update 2: my PCP sent referral to another doctor, and I got in within 3 days. To the woman who was mean to me: if you don’t like your job. Find a different one! Update: for the first time ever they called me this afternoon. She ended it up by saying the same thing she said weeks before. “I can’t find your name…”. They are lazy, don’t want to work. To the woman who was mean to me: if you don’t like your job. Find a different one! Update: for the first time ever they called me this afternoon. I feel very blessed and so very encouraged to have Dr. Duncan as my cardiologist. He is an amazing doctor and so very helpful for my life! I give gratitude to him and to all workers at The HeartPlace!!! God bless all of you!
