I have been going to Dr. Bedeau for decades and what i most like is his ability to bypass the bs and get right to the point. He is very blunt, but does it with tact and respect. My mother's last gastroenterologist almost let her bleed out after a colonoscopy, so i sent her to Dr. Bedeau and we have never had a problem with anymore of her colonoscopies since!
He didn't do anything to help me once he heard that I anxiety. I had to find another doctor who was able to diagnose me after Dr. Bedeau gave up. Just try someone else first.
r. Bedeau has HORRIBLE beside manners. He's extremely rude, callous and needs to take an customer service training. None of my issues were resolve. I had to force him to get an endoscopy. On that he found a hernia and gastritis. Both in which i had to force him to provide medication. The front desk staff is just as bad. They have attitudes and act as if calling to get an updates disturbs them.
Excellent doctor and professional. Communicates with his patients and responds back when you call him.
My mum was supposed to get a GI procedure today and was given instructions verbally and in writing that it was ok to take her blood thinners and antiplatelet meds. Today after waking up early and transporting her to this appointment(Which is very tasking because she's had multiple strokes), we were rudely told my Dr. Bedeau that the procedure couldn't be done. He was too pompous to apologize for the inconvenience even though he saw that the error was from his end.
