I had to call 3 times to make a new patient appt, should have figured it out then but i went anyway. I was told if I arrived 30 mins early it would help with the paperwork. I arvd 45 mins early, did pw in 15 mins, could hear the staff talking about how they hate working there and waited 1 hour and 45 mins past my appt time, asked for my copay back they said they didn't know how to refund from the cc machine, when I asked for a sup or mgr they said I had to wait for the Dr, I waited another 30 mins, was brought to an exam roo... read more
Great Doctor. He was my family doctor when I was in Delaware from 2007 till 2009. Spends more time ,listens and helps the patient. I really miss him. He tries to get a solution for your problems without sending you to several doctors. He tries his best first ! Such a Excellent doctor I miss him since now I am in MN
takes time with patients. Does many procedures to save patients from seeing too many specialists. Does podiatry too.
as a long term patient of Dr.Fenice's now i have nothing bad to say about him. i would reccomend anyone to him. he is very helpful and takes the time to sit a listen to everything you have to say. he may ne a little blunt but i believe that is better then beig vauge. since he has started his new practice with his wife there are a few employees of his whom i dislike including his wife but all you have to d is request to see him and you will!
While Dr. Fenice is nice, likeable, chatty and such... I think it severely degrades his office performance. I am typically in good in health and besides my checkup, only see the doctor if I'm very sick. Every time I have needed to schedule a sick appointment, his office has been all BUT accommodating. One time, he listened to my symptoms over the phone and then proceeded to prescribe medicine(antibiotics) OVER THE PHONE... no examination or anything because he was having a busy day.
