I have Dental insurance through Wellcare which is a Medicare program. I received covered services from Dr. Karich the first half of 2012 and was scheduled with a routine cleaning for December 2012. When I came to the appointment, I was informed that Dr. Karich did not take Wellcare insurance as of November and that my cleaning would cost me $125 upfront.
