Dr Stewart did a great job with my sons evaluation awhile back. He was very helpful and answered my questions. My son has had a lot of issues in school, but after seeing Dr Stewart and getting a diagnosis and on meds, he is excelling! I went to look at reviews as I have an appointment scheduled for my daughter in June and someone told me to check them out. I am highly disappointed as I felt he was very professional. 1050$ for a dyslexia assessment when their are state funded programs for free! Especially since we were told by office who gave referral should be covered by insurance!
We found him extremely arrogant and dismissive. My daughter did not feel comfortable at all during her testing. He insisted on doing the test results via Zoom. Anytime I tried to interject to ask a question he was extraordinarily rude and cut me off. Absolutely will not recommend him. Bedside manner is horrible.
As soon as we walked in the door the Dr walked on and said can I help you? We said we were there for an app and he said okay and went back to his office. We waited 45 mins to be seen and we were not comfortable with our 4 year old being alone in a room with him with the door closed and no window or anything to see in the room, he didn't even take a moment to try and explain the reason he needed it to be only him and her in the room, he rudely told us we could leave and find another Dr then.
