Professional, Knowledgeable and Caring Team!
I was pleased with the process for my first colonoscopy, start to finish. The initial appointment was smooth and efficient. The procedure itself went well thanks to a professional, friendly staff. And the followup was easy. Of course the common thread through all this was Dr. Sotiriadis, who listens well and and has a soothing manner.

Dr. Sotiriades is a wonderful doctor, very personable, great bedside manner, listens to you and knows what he’s talking about. If you have other conditions, he makes sure he talks to your other doctor about procedures. Staff is nice and accommodating. The only problem is this....the wait time is ridiculous and the waiting area is overcrowded and claustrophobic. I felt very bad for all the older people there, who shouldn’t have been out of their homes. That’s my only complaints. They should not stack patient appointments. Als... read more

We greatly appreciate the kind words. Our doctors and staff give their all every day, and it means so much when that effort makes a difference for our patients. That said, we do apologize to any patient that has experienced a delay at our office. We see a high volume of patients because of how well we care for them. We accommodate as many patients as possible for the betterment of our community. Moreover, every precaution is taken to ensure the health and safety of both patients and staff alike.
Both him and his staff have been unwilling to assist and resolve a problem with my insurance and my situation. After having been his patient for a year (and 2 endoscopies with him), once faced with my insurance stopping reimbursing for my medication, neither his staff or him helped with advising for possible alternatives. I would call the office and the staff would promise to call me back and never did. Eventually I had to go to somebody else.
My doctor is very detailed. He listens to all my ailments and finds solutions.
Excellent staff n dr john sotiriadis wonderful that understand how you are feeling plus very doctor caring.
