About 5 years ago my back pain was increasingly more difficult to deal with. For about 3 years, I was going to chiropractors and doing laser treatments to the tune of thousands of dollars. All along I was taking anti inflammatory drugs and way more pain meds than anyone should. After that, I was getting worse.
