Dr. Myseros was my brain surgeon for a brain tumor that wreaked havoc on my life for a year and went undiagnosed by other doctors. On top of giving me my life back (and saving it) he was patient answering all of our questions, passionate about his patients’ care, and he hugged my mom every time we saw him. Cannot recommend him enough.
Dr. Myseros performed surgery on our daughter for Chiari I Malformation with Syringomyelia, and we cannot say enough about his incredible skill and kindness. He is not only a gifted surgeon but also a truly special person. We are beyond grateful to him and his entire team for their exceptional care. Our experience at Children’s National has been outstanding, and despite the distance, it's always been well worth the trip.
We saw Dr. Myseros about a year ago. At the time my daughter was 2 years post concussion with a large pineal cyst. We had unmanageable symptoms, she went from athlete to homebound. Dr. Myseros and all of Children’s National should have simply said that they do NOT see patients for this diagnosis and saved us the 3 hour drive. We were scheduled originally for Dr. Keating but the office called and changed the appt stating Keating does not see pineal cysts. But evidently neither does Myseros. Dr. Myseros was our daughters doctor 5/6 years ago when she was diagnosed with a brain cyst & other issues. He was THE BEST doctor our daughter has ever had. His willingness to sit with us as parents and explain things, plus also his willingness to get to know our daughter and laugh with her was beyond a blessing for what we had to walk through.
