The staff at this dental office is so unprofessional especially Trish. The Doctor should really consider hiring professional people who take there job serious and know how to treat patients with common courtesy empathy and most importantly RESPECT. The bad reviews about this office is not about the doctor but about it's staff. Keep in mind your staff represent you and your practice and this staff is doing you a disservice because of how they talk and mistreat patient.

WAITED A LITTLE WHILE BUT THAT IS EXPECTED IN ANY DR. OFFICE, STAFF WAS NICE AND HELPFUL .....GOT WHAT I CAME FOR AND WILL MAKE THIS MY NEW DENTAL OFFICE, HAD PREVIOUS PROBLEMS WITH INS BUT NOT WITH THIS OFFICE AND DR WAS VERY NICE AND KNOWLEGABLE.

A good man and dentist. I had a tooth that had been bothering me for a while. Another dentist I saw could not find a problem with it. Dr. M zeroed in on the problem tooth. There was a tiny crack in it, he saw it with his magnifiers. Did a root canal. Doesn't hurt anymore!

My husband and I went to this dentist for the first time a few months ago. Well I dont know where to begin. We waited over 30 mins before we were seen. We had both had what you call cleaning. Mind you there was no assistant so the dr. Was doing everything. During the cleaning we were drowned with water beacuse there was no suction machine like other dentist offices have. I have been going to Dr. Mamoun for several years now. He did a few fillings on me, and a root canal and a crown. They are very comfortable, and his work is always clean. One time, I needed a tooth taken out, and I was expecting the worst. But Dr. Mamoun numbed me up really well, and I didn't feel nothing. He explained that he had to use a drill to cut the tooth to make it easier to take out. He did that and it didn't hurt. It was the easiest extraction I had. gave me the worst filling EVER!!! he wanted to put in the old mercury fillings and i refused and demanded a white one....well needless to say it feels like a corn kernel is jammed in where the filling should be. very sloppy work. extremely disappointed. he never even took xrays for my childerens exams. would NOT recommend!

I was so miserable. His staff was nice, but not helpful (they scheduled an appointment for me when they were closed). The doctor himself did my cleaning and did not stop when I asked him to. I literally felt violated and never went back. He was nice enough, but didn't really care... just asked generic questions.

I went to a dentist who started making me a bridge. Then I had to leave that dentist since my insurance changed. I had a temporary bridge for over a year while I looked for another dentist. Dr. Mamoun was in my plan, so I visited him. The bridge had 6 teeth on it. Dr. Mamoun used his microscopes to make sure each tooth was in line with the others. When the bridge was made, it fit really snug and looked like my own teeth! I was pleased with his professionalism and the finished product.
