Very good clinic. very caring and very professional.
I am leaving Dr. Geraghty one star because in the three years he was my PCP I never met him. He never bothered to welcome me to his practice or even say hi to me as I passed him in the hall. Sloan was fine as a PA but very disappointed in the level of personal care.
Dr. Geraghty is a wonderful Doctor that is interested in the health of his patients. Sloan and Christine are exceptional women in this office. Jamie on the other hand, is not welcome to see my children. She leaves a LOT to be desired. Seen her more than once. No more.
We have been with Dr. Geraghty for over twenty years. We live this doctor.
This doctor got recommended to me when I moved to Centennial because my doctor in Arizona has a relationship with Dr. Geraghty. In fairness, I have not been able to see Dr. Geraghty because his schedule is quite booked, so this review is not an indictment on him personally although the unorganized and inattentive culture of his practice is something I have never experienced from any practice and I am in my mid-40s. What can I say? What happened to care I received in past? I did not know I had to make an appointment to refill a drug that is very hard both physically and mentally to withdraw from? This is terrible. I went in to office immediately after finding I could not receive medication until I made an appointment. In PERSON, receptionist assured me a one month refill was being sent to my pharmacist. I walked into pharmacy and spoke with pharmacist who told me they did not receive one month refill request. He has been my family doctor for 27 years....and my adult children also continue to use him. Great doctor and care about you as an individual. I would highly recommend Dr G!!
I’ve been a patient of Dr Geraghty since he opened his office. Same as my husband. He is a very busy man and had very competent PAs working for him. But, when I do need to see him, he makes time for me and is extremely happy to spend all the time I need with him. He is very knowledgeable on so many areas of healthcare and his bedside manner is top notch. I cannot say enough great things about him and his staff.
Drs and nurses are amazing. Phone, billing and front desk is terrible. Everytime I call they put me on a 5-20 minute hold. I have been in the office and watched them put other patients on hold while they chatted, played on their phones, etc. Everytime I call and wait (and wait), I tell myself I am never coming back... but the actual medical staff is so good that it is hard to find someone comparable.
